Return issues
Don’t get involved with this scam company they do not respond when you call in fact they hung up on me three times once they even laughed nothing but a bunch of crooks
Bought the set for the company itself: one 8-inch square pan; everything sticks in it. I contacted the company for a replacement and they sent the wrong pan, a small round one.
They blamed the warehouse and asked me to return it. There was nothing but hang-ups, and one employee was laughing as she hung up on me.
They sent me an RMA but no return label. This company is a scam!

We are having trouble with the tenant skillet. Things are sticking in it already.
I did not get to talk to the right person. I did not get any answers to my problem.
The tenant frying pan eggs are sticking in it. I did bacon today and its sticking out and we bought this stuff around June 15 over a TV ad. Ive done exactly what I was told it hadnt had any hot heat but everything bacon eggs everything sticking out.

Worst ever, I have never had a supposed company just blatantly take my money and then ignore me. What a joke, phone doesn't ring half the time there is no chat it's almost like it doesn't exist.
I did not even order anything from them, I don't even cook so what am I going to do with 278.00 of pans. It's stupid crazy.
